  • Decent low cost airline. The staff seemed to make the best of a bad situation. My connecting flight from Calgary to San Francisco was delayed 4 times. We even got an announcement for the final delay while we were seated on the plane. The staff sang happy birthday to a guest on the flight and gave some extra water to keep us hydrated. The seats seemed pretty comfortable and there are some TV channels to watch. I didn't quite figure out how the pay per view stuff worked but i wasn't about to shell out more money for those anyway. I got some sleep in, had some snacks and made it home safely. That's really all that matters to me. I wish I could've gotten home sooner especially since I had started out pretty early but you can't really change the weather. I've been told they don't overbook flights so that is definitely a good thing.
