I'm honestly shocked to see negative reviews here. I've taken both of my KTMs to Robert at Future Shox and I've always been satisfied if not impressed with his work. First time I used him he did fork seals in my 2014 Ktm 500 exc. Job was done quickly and reasonably priced. After my first experience I had him do fork seals on my other Ktm which is a 2014 450xcf. I bought the bike from a guy with a similar build who bragged to me about having spent hours riding with stillwell (they lived a few doors apart) and had the perfect setup. I found the bike rode nice when going balls out but I found it was needlessly harsh on lower speed single track, the front end dove excessively when on the front brake and it was like the clickers had no effect. When I first approached Robert about working on it I asked him to install a $500 aftermarket valve kit which he talked me out of. He suggested we keep the fork stock internally and see how it turned out and if I didn't like he would make more changes. Robert changed some shims around inside the fork and even though I only have one ride on the new fork settings I'm beyond happy with it. The bike is substantially, noticeably more plush at lower speeds and it feels just as good if not better at high speed as well. I'm very impressed with his knowledge of the much maligned WP 4cs fork. I will be continuing to take my bikes there for all suspension needs.
