  • I'm truly shocked at the previous reviews, but I can believe the incidents that other yelpers described. My review is based solely on one customer service rep, Dan. He worked today around 1 in the afternoon, and he went beyond the usual degree of helpfulness. He went to the backroom and got boxes of my contact solution, made eye contact with me, and smiled. I then was able to interact with him again at the check-out line. He was as quick as possible (two incredibly long lines, but isn't that typical for any other business?), and again he showed a genuine politeness towards me and other customers. I would normally not bother doing a review on a large scale company, but this is not a review of the company; it's about Dan and how he's probably the best customer service representative who took time and effort. I've never gone to a shoppers drug mart and taken note of their employees because they all seem bored and never take a moment to smile, until today.
