  • This was the perfect final stop of our Pgh tour, but could throw you into decision fatigue. The beer cave is fantastic, and has something for everyone--but so many decisions! The dogs are good, and they let you go completely crazy on the toppings if you want to--but again, all the decisions! I threw myself head-first into the beer-cave-and-topping fracas and have no regrets, but I also respect my cousin's strategy, sticking to their tap list and pre-made topping suggestions. Whatever your approach, get the sweet potato waffle fries, which are nothing short of amazing. They have a number of gluten free beers and ciders, and will wrap your dog in a corn tortilla instead of a bun, but the grill and oil are all shared, so cross contamination is possible. Also, the fries are beer battered, so stick to the sweet potato fries if you're GF.
