In Las Vegas for my Niece's Birthday and I needed a good Mexican restaurant near where we were staying, so I went with my tried and true Yelp App. Juan's had really good reviews and the pictures and menu looked great. There was ample parking in the adjoined mini-mall lot and it didn't take long to get a nice big table for 9 outside on the patio. As soon as we sat down the chips hit the table along with a bean dip and fresh roasted peppers and onions. Right off the bat the service was excellent and we never had less than 3 waiters hovering around for our every request. We all settled in with drinks before ordering our dinners. I went with the Guadalajara special, I got a large piece of Carne Asada topped with scallops and shrimp covered in a delicious brown sauce of some sort.My Carne Asada was a bit overcooked for my taste, but the seafood and that sauce were simply amazing. Everybody got different things including my niece who went with an order of the Taquitos. Her Taquitos were huge enough that they made a meal for herself and her girlfriend. By the end of our meal the wait staff brought over a nice dessert with a huge Sombrero for my niece as they sang Happy Birthday. Overall everybody loved their food and Juan's really made my niece's Birthday dinner super special.
