  • I have now lived here for a close to a year and am proud to be one of the first residents of this fine property. When I moved to Las Vegas from the East Coast one of the requirements was that I get an apartment here. I knew when it was still being built it would be some place special. Let's start with the team that keeps this place looking pristine. Need a light bulb changed, they got it. Trash picked up outside your door to avoid that long annoying walk to the always neat and tidy trash and recycling area, they have you covered. Their maintenance team is polite, courteous and most of all responsive. Wake up any morning and you will see a member of their team maintaining the pristine grounds. The backbone of any team is the "boots on the ground" and the team here at Constellation is tip top. Now onto the amenities, a 24 hour "SUPER" gym with everything and anything you need to stay in great shape. Always clean and always secure this workout facility is on par with the big gyms that will cost you a $100 a month or more. The clubhouse is always inviting and a great place to unwind and play billiards and even catch that sporting event while doing so. The pool area is beautiful and always clean. I thoroughly enjoy relaxing and reading in the pool area. Want to decompress and relax, the hot tub/jacuzzi is always clean and always operable. Want to grill a steak, two high end grills grace a relaxing outdoor patio area complete with seating and umbrellas to shade you from that Vegas sun. Next to the patio area you will find a comfortable seating area with not one but TWO fire pits to congregate with friends. Living here just makes you feel special. A linear park along Town Center drive is the icing on the cake for a living experience that is beyond exceptional. The living areas are beautiful and well thought out and designed. Beautiful counter tops and new stainless steel appliances make cooking and hosting a breeze. Plenty of closet space, beautiful bathrooms with over sized tubs and a balcony large enough to seat three to four comfortably. The property is secure and the views around us are breathtaking (see photos). On to the management, Will and his team are invested in this property as if it was their own. The events they put on for residents are always well planned and thought out. I have had Will respond to emails within minutes as if he is plugged in to what is going on all the time. If you are looking for a place with a team that cares about your comfort and quality of life look no further.
