rev:text	This place is absolutely HORRIBLE ...DO NOT TAKE YOUR ELECTRONIC DEVICES TO THEM! After researching several places we went to them on a referral. That was the worst mistake ever. First they lied to me and told me they were ordering a new part for my tablet but it would take a few weeks to get it in from China, but they were confident it would work and said they would contact us when it arrived. After three weeks I started to call them to find out the status. For an entire week they never answered the "business line", the following week I finally got through to someone who was not in the store at all and was obviously on a cell phone. The guy actually had the nerve to tell me to text him my information and he woiild call me back. I told him no I needed the status of my table, it had been four weeks without any communication from them at all. This is when he told me the part arrived several weeks ago and it didn't work so. they were still trying to find another part for my tablet. That is when I told him we would be by the next day to pick it up, but he interrupted me and said he would call me back when it was back at the store. He went on to lie to me again and said it was sitting at their "other location". I told him we would be there tomorrow and he needs to have my property ready for us when we get there. I did research and found out they don't have ANY OTHER LOCATION!!! THESE GUYS ARE TAKING OUR PROPERTY OFF SITE TO PROBABLY SOMEONE'S HOUSE AND DOING GOD ONLY KNOE WHAT WITH THEM. I AM FURIOUS with their lack of professionalism and general inability to communicate with there customers. We will never use them again and neither will the company that referred us.
