  • MEH. girl's weekend. LOCATION: AWESOME, center of the strip. The location worked out well for a girl's weekend, esp since CVS was across the street (BIG PLUS!!). Hotel: A bit old for my taste, especially since we have so many other hotels in the area, but we booked this hotel on Hotwire, so didn't have a choice. The plus side is that you don't have to pay the resort fee, so saved us a bit of money there. Service: The lady checking us in was awesome she gave us a view of the strip when we asked. Smooth check in and even gave us 4 cards. However, the guy calling the taxi with red hair seems to lack any sort of filter. We were confused as to who was going to take the first taxi because one of the girls was going back early and we were telling her to take the first taxi. The taxi guy whispers under his breath, "Guess no one speaks English." Why even say that? We did absolutely nothing to aggravate him. I can't believe TI employs people like this. Furthermore, I emailed their guest services directly to complain and haven't heard a response from them. With so much competition in the area, one would think that TI would have top-notch customer service and am highly disappointed in our experience.
