  • If there hadn't been a BUG crawling on the cookies, I probably would have given them a 3. **See video in pictures section** Omg, so total fluke, but I was snap chatting and I just happened to catch the bug on camera! I didn't even notice until my friend pointed it out! I think it was a smaller cockroach, according to my friend. So we walk in Saturday afternoon and my friend and I both said hello to the girl working. I waited for her to say hi back but she defs was not having it. Like girl, we said hi twice. Anyways, I wanted the made to order cookies, THANK GOD and my friend wanted an ice cream sandwich. I decided to just get plain chocolate chip cookies with the original dough and my friend got a chocolate chip cookie with chocolate ice cream and snickers chunks. So while she was making my cookies, that's when my friend saw the bug on the cookies! He pointed it out to me and I right away told the girl "uh there's a bug here" and she kinda stopped to see where. Meanwhile my friend is trying to swipe the bug off the counter and killed it when he got it on the floor. SHE HIGH KEY DID NOT CARE. She went on making my cookies. At this point I kinda did not even want it anymore, but IIII felt bad. Wtf is wrong with me. Anyways, my friend told her that it had crawled on the oatmeals cookies, and I kid you not, she still did not care. They were not removed. Like I would have given a possible 2 stars but girl did NOT give a damn. My friend still got his ice cream sandwich which was meh. The cookies were hard and the ice cream was ok. The snickers chunks fall off immediately so they're kinda pointless. The fresh baked cookies were ok but nothing special. Pillsbury cookies taste better and you can get 24 fresh baked ones for less money. Anyways, they need to get a health and safety check ASAP, cuz that's nasty. I never thought I'd encounter anything like this but by chance, I even have video proof. OBVZ, never coming back.
