  • I have to agree with most of the reviews about the lack of customer service at this location...you pretty much can't find anyone to help you and occasionally when you do, they pass you off to someone else! However, the reason for my one star rating is because several months back, I purchased a 4K smart television for $900.00. The sales cashier checking me out asked if I wanted to purchase the extra protection package which would cost me an additional $200. I told him that I did not want it, and he kept trying to upsell it to me and I kept telling him that I was not interested. Well, his attitude changed after that. I asked him if he could help load the box onto the bed of my truck to which he agreed. When I drove the truck to the entrance, he loaded it, but he loaded it upright instead of laying it flat. ( I even asked if he could lay it flat, and he said that they are not allowed to do that)?? So...I'm supposed to drive with a 49 inch television in a box standing upright in the bed of my truck and expect it not to topple over as soon as I accelerate, stop, or go over a speed bump?!? Needless to say, I ended up having to lay the box down myself...all while dodging cars that are passing me by. I can honestly say, though, that I love my television...and that is the only reason I can even give this Best Buy a one star!
