rev:text	Prime is a quiet decadent experience. Call ahead and make a reservation with a table near the window. Not only is the food and service impeccable, this is the best place to see the Bellagio water show, which plays every 15 mins after 8 pm. It's an emotional experience from the windows and ambiance of the restaurant. If you're here in the summer, they have a patio where you can have a romantic dinner on the terrace over looking the water. When you're in Vegas, it's nice to get away from the lights for a few hours, and devour a decadent meal. The decor here is subtle, reminds me of the London West Hollywood. Warm candle light, with hints of modern styled art deco patterned glass on the ceilings, and the walls. Luxurious velvet curtains in deep browns and periwinkle, and fresh cut cymbidium orchids (my favorite). RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FOOD: You really can go wrong here, but Here are my faves from the menu: -Succulent Lamb Chops -Bone in Fillet -MUST TRY Warm Shrimp Salad. (Worth coming into the bar and ordering this with a glass of wine) -Side of Crab Leg RECOMMENDATIONS FOR WINE: If you've won big at the slots while you're at Vegas, by all means indulge. They have an extensive wine list, some rare French wines that run over $60,000! If you're looking for robust red wine at a reasonable price point, try Faust, Cabernet 2006. Sometimes you get what you pay for, and at Prime, the ambiance, the service, the food does not disappoint. Indulge while you're in Vegas. Life is short; Live a little.
