  • Who is running this business? Do you know how to run a business? I have been trying to make an appointment with this place, and GOD, I thought I knew what frustration meant until now... I first called to make an appointment but no one picked up so I left a voicemail. No one called me back. Few days after, I called again, someone did pick up. It was a guy but I didn't get his name. He said he's currently not at the store (how did he pick up anyways?) but he was, and I quote, "literally", 10 min away from the store and if I don't mind he would like to call me back when he's back at the store. No one ever called me back. So the next day I wrote an email saying I really want to make an appointment since I am planning to go around Christmas time, and I know businesses can be real busy around that time. GUESS WHAT? yep no response whatsoever. So... this is the first time I reviewed a business without actually having had the service yet but I guess they're just not willing to provide the service so here it is.
