  • The Crepe Bar's popularity has outgrown the original serving/seating design. I find the restaurant now frustrating and no longer worth the wait or frustration. The owners need to rethink how diners are seated and served, what worked originally no longer works. You stand in line to place your order, you stand in line for a table, and then can wait as long as an hour for your food. I've also seen some folks rudely place keys or coats on tables then get in line to place orders, and then watch others balance their plates and stand & eat while they are just sitting there waiting for their food - the staff should have more control of the flow. The owners need to do something similar to the Farmhouse in Gilbert where folks signin upon arriving so that tables are flowing along with the meals.
