  • It has been HORRIBLE customer service I've brought my car washed last week and one of the workers broke a part in my vehicle. They do NOT care for their clients the Manager Rafael is really petty he won't even want help. The first time last week I mentioned him he just said no Camaras don't work walked away. Today following week I speak with brother and said I took forever to bring back it's only been 2 days my son has a broken arm He was in pain had to keep him at home. He said owner will be here tomorrow I'm here following day Rafael did not want to talk with me had another employee speak with me than he finally came and same thing I told him there is other ways he could help me by him speaking to the guys who cleaned my car he just laughed with no interest he said his cámaras don't work and he will not do anything to help me.I told him I want to speak with the owner he said he would NOT give me him information. Horrible experience
