  • They are so amazingly rude and impossible to work with - "We are out of the ribs on the kalbi combo", "Fine. just put something else on e.g. kaluha pork, or chicken", "No we can't substitute anything" - well then I can find a different place to eat - this is the second time I boycott them; last time it lasted 2 years, this time it is FOR EVER!!
