  • Have you ever left a restaurant and couldn't wait to tell others about it? Well, this just happened to me when I visited the Twisted Italian. At first glace it looks like a typical little eatery. To my suprise this place was more than that, it was perfect. Only one table was occupied when we arrived, but the restaurant slowly it began to fill. I personally sampled: Applewood Smoked Bacon & melted Ricotta Bruschetta, Pasta Picatta with spinach, roma tomato, fresh garlic and herbs, Meatball Pizza with housemade meatballs, melted mozzarella and marinara sauce Tiramisu Cannoli The food was so simple and yet it made you just crave another bite. Everything was amazing, however the meatball pizza stole the show. Wow yourself with the meatballs and the best marinara suace I have ever had. Mike the owner was our server. He was an excellent waiter, of course he knew every thing about his menu, and he was on top of everything. Amazing food, and amazing service. I did go back the very next weekend and shared the following items: Meatball Sandwich, Meatball Calzone, Pizza Bianco. Too full for desert. This is my first review. I have threatened to write many reviews, however this eatery really earned this one.
