  • Lacking customer service and manners. I've tried their creations before and was very impressed, and wanted to try using them for my baby shower. Upon arrival, they were disorganized, and eventually told me that tastings were for events with 100+ people. They should have informed me of this over our email correspondence; I live all the way in Gilbert and left very unhappy and empty handed! Will not be using them for anything in the future.
