  • These people are as INSULTING as it gets. They treated me as if I had no clue as to what I as talking about. Suggested it may be cheaper to sell it or just buy something else from them. I watched a real jeweler fix a ring for me months before in Florida and somehow he must have been a miracle worker because ... uhhh... they never heard of such preposterous jewellery! Give me a break. Went across the street. Bam $35.00. And they sized a ring in 3 minutes. Miracle again!.. They also pad and fluff there reviews. The same week I reviewed them on google ... Two more miracle 5 star repair related reviews popped up. Not a one for at least 8 months before. LUDICROUS! Response... Well this typifies your store. I said when I was in Florida a jeweler did for me, for free, what you seemed to think was impossible. And I'm grateful that you stereotyped me before we spoke. Maybe I'll give you a second chance. Let me know
