I originally scheduled an appointment with this company last week for an estimate, they never showed up! I wrote a review letting others know about my issue so that they don't waster their time like I did waiting around for a company to no-show. Then the owner contacted me after I posted the review and said his truck was broken into and apologized for missing the appointment. I understood the issue even though they could have sent a message letting me know he couldn't make it, but either way gave them the benefit and removed my previous review and scheduled with them again to come out. Surprise, Surprise guess who didn't show up today for the 10:00am appointment?!? Yet again they were a no show on my appointment with them, wonder what the excuse is now? I own a business and value my clients I would never leave them hanging and just not show up, it is unprofessional and just RUDE! I am sure they wouldn't like it if the customer wasn't at their place when they arrived for the appointment so why would they do that to potential clients? Don't bother sending me a message with another lame excuse on why you didn't show up or bother to let me know you couldn't make the appointment, I gave this company 2 chances and the benefit of the doubt only to be proven my first review was correct. Don't make appointments with people if you can't make them. Paying customers shouldn't be at your mercy. As a business owner I appreciate good quality business' who make their appointments and provide quality customer service, if you are like me and don't want your time wasted by a company who doesn't bother to show up now twice for an appointment, then I suggest you look at other painters this is not the one!
