  • Today's service has been a bit rough. I arrived in style with a dirty vehicle and was greeted by the car wash attendant. He advised me that it would be a 10 minute wait until they could begin working on it. The place was actually not all that busy, 5 cars in the bay, including mine. 10 minutes additional is not all that bad and I didn't mind waiting. However, 35 minutes later of my vehicle just sitting in the bay waiting to be touched I was not a happy camper. The car took an hour just for the inside to be cleaned. I am not impressed today and will be more careful when they say 10 minutes to know that I need to give myself ATLEAST an hour or come back when there is less cars? Or more employees? Either way I'm a bit disappointed.
