  • I completely stand by my 5 star review of Alex in the sales department and would buy again from this company and Alex. Here is my complaint the service department including there supervisor the skinny guy are completely horrible, you think when going to the dealer you are getting the best service possible but that's not the case here I get better service from my local mechanic, first off I took my car in for a recall and paid for oil and tire rotation, they did not rotate the tires which was a 50 dollar charge, if your truly doing a something point inspection why are the tires not rotated this is proven because my one tire was low before getting it service and after the same tire was low, the manager said his staff forgot to recalibrate my dash settings and that they did it, I asked wouldn't the calibration still be included in the rotation and inspection in which he responded with yes. Also I go here to keep my warranty valid than the next time when my recall was getting replaced wiper transmission they emptied my wiper fluids and again did not refill them what kind of service department is this, it is the most shotty work I have ever seen and it is from a dealer, I am completely blown away if I didn't have a warranty I would never ever ever use this service department their work is poor and their customer service is horrible!
