  • I ordered from this store today directly since I read previous review and wanted to avoid delays. The order was only 3 wraps and some soda. They said it would be upto 40 minutes to deliver. An hour later, no food! I called the store and person I spoke to said the deliver guy was delivering in the neighboring building and should be there in a 10-15 mins. 15 mins later still no food! I called the store again very patiently, they said the guy was "stuck in traffic". Mind you the store is 10 mins from my place and on a Sunday evening, there is NO traffic in my area. I told the Manager the excuse was just that, an excuse. He offered to knock off $8 from the order and I was appreciative of the offer. Now comes the pièce de résistance. The guy shows up leisurely after 1 and half hour. I ask him casually what took him so long and he was brash to start out with. He started telling him how he just started his shift and he "didnt know" why HE was late. On top of that he added an insult: "You gave sh*t to the store. I am staving and you are eating before me!". Excuse me! I was polite through the whole ordeal even though my wife and kid were starving at home. Not that I am not sensitive to one's religious beliefs but how should that matter to me as a customer. Real jerk! And that's what I said to my wife after I closed the door. He knocks on the door and starts getting in my face! He adds.. " I know where you live.. I have your number", a veiled threat. Third grade place! I would never order from them if my life depended on it.
