  • I love this Discount Tires. They consistently are professional, courteous, thoughtful and it doesn't matter who is serving me. At least once a month, I come with each of our cars to get our tire pressures checked regularly. Even the managers will do this if the other tire techs are busy. This location is always busy and is close to my home, so it's easy for me to stop by. They have great prices, always respectful of my time, which is very important. They always work safely and want their customers to be safe. I've had to have a couple of tires that got nails in them fixed. No issues. The guys are also personable, but not overly personal so as not to waste anyone's time. It's a very efficient store. When I got my 2 rear tires replaced, from the time I came in (had a scheduled appointment) to the time I left, it was about 35-40 minutes. Pretty quick. And they recommended a place to get my car's tires aligned, which also was nearby and did a great job for a great price. I have been a customer of Discount Tires for probably over 20 yrs and will keep coming back as long as things stay similar. This particular location is particularly great at customer service, as I've been to other locations, also in my 20 yrs or so. The people here seem to genuinely care about their customers and their safety, while providing a great price. Keep up the great work.
