| - They have a very nice arrangement of toppings to put/mix in the ice cream which is the niche of this place, that was my thought when I looked at the jars on the wall shelving. combine with a subway that looks very desolate, marble slab is just cranking out ice cream left right and Centre. the turn around time from waiting in line to ice cream in hand is a bit saddening, and is a reason why I dock a point. sadly the customers are the issue here, numerous times coming here I've seen people time and time again ask about the rules, how its made, what's the maximum amount of toppings...etc etc etc. which is of course utterly frustrating when you're next in line and all you want to do is order. speaking of ordering, subway is in the back of the restaurant, so if you are lined up you occasionally get bumped because the line up routine is a bit over whelming. it would almost be advantageous to have a "Wal-Mart greeter" check In with everyone as to make the line up more efficient. "have you been here before? line up here" "first time? ok let me explain the rules a bit" another point of dissatisfaction is the absolute mess of this place, again, I blame the customers, but when the debit machines buttons are sticky from ice cream and other various droppings...it makes my skin crawl. the staff are friendly, professional, and no question is super annoying for them. the flavors are really REALLY good, and the options are absolutely stellar, almost to the point where I want to go to bulk barn, grab a bunch of candy, and smash it together with my ice cream.
I need to find a time to come here when its not so busy. Really delicious though!
