  • I have tried four times now to drop of my clothes at 7am (the posted opening time) and have had to wait over 30 minutes for an employee to show up and open the store. Each time they have showed up, opened the doors and acted like I was inconveniencing them by being there when your store was supposed to be open. My clothes usually come back clean, and it's done at an affordable price, but the lack of customer service and attention to detail makes it difficult for me to continue using this location.
