  • As I was meeting a colleague at the hotel, late I opted to take the shuttle. I called the desk when I landed and was told the bus "was en-route". When I called back for the 3rd time 20 minutes later, I was then told that the shuttle just left. In that time, I could have taken a taxi, Uber, etc. Is it too much to ask for an honest answer? Finally get into my room & the thermostat is set to 90 degrees & had to get my room changed.
