Disgusting customer service. Charging customers $1 for a tiny bit of tape to seal an envelope is beyond ridiculous. I get charging if you're going to use a significant amount for a large package, but literally to seal an envelope. She used maybe 6 inches of tape at most. Absolutely pathetic. Kerry/Carrie the manager should be absolutely ashamed that such a rule is in place. I'll be going to another UPS store in the future, these people will not be getting my business.
