Sending a review to a "General Manager" is lip service, at best. Improving your product and charging FAIR PRICES will get you the reviews you want. There are plenty of 5 star HVAC Yelp vendors that put you to shame. I got my job done for less than 20% of what you quoted. Overcharging is NOT acceptable, and no self-conscious individual should tolerate it. When a business does the right thing, business blossoms; when they only are out for the quick buck and prey on the weak and uninformed, they eventually fail. WAKE UP!
