  • I was out of town helping family with an emergency. I received an email from a tenant about a circuit tripping in the kitchen. I called Arc electric and told him about the situation. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. The owner Alex, said he will look at it personally. I am very satisfied with his work. He found the issue and it had nothing to do with the circuit. The tenant ended up having light bulbs burning out. So she would have to turn the breaker off to change light bulbs. I had Alex change the track light to an energy efficient one. I was also able to salvage the other track for another property. Thanks to Alex. He was even kind enough to help reprogram a garage remote at no extra charge. I have gone through 3 electricians since living in AZ. I finally feel like I found an honest, reliable, intelligent electrician. No more electricians that can't do things up to code and charge an arm and a leg. This company is competitive with pricing, shows up on time and does the work right the first time.
