  • I have to say if you buy just food here, I am sure this place is OK. I have however purchased many pieces of equipment over time and will never buy accessories or main items from them. I bought a aquarium time feeder so I could feed my fish while I was gone. I bought it from them, returned it the next day because I got the wrong one, but somewhere along the way, it got used. They wouldn't take it back because it appeared to be used. They sold it to me used then? How is this ok? I also bought filters for my aquarium filter, but in my mistake I bought the wrong ones. I went to return those as well. Guess what... again they were used!! They wouldn't take them back. At this point it's getting ridiculous. I bought 2 angel fish from here too. I asked when I bought them if I could return them once my tank was broken in. Brought them back - for free. Nope, wouldn't take them. So buyer beware when you buy from here. Buy knowing that you never have to return it, because if you try to return it, they will label it was being used.
