  • Had friends from out-of-town as exhibitors for a convention and I so agree with John T -- service is lousy and the food sucks!!! Granted, it was a food court in the convention center but we were told that the food is catered by Hilton. OMG! Skip the room service and pack your lunch/dinner if you have to be there. Otherwise,... walk down the street to McDonald's -- at least you know what food you're getting!
