  • They are actually brothers!!!!! Ok, so I came home one day and found a love note on my door from the good ole water company. They were notifying me I had a leak and needed to fix it. Not seeing any water anywhere I go to the meter on the street....and sure enough my meter is spinning out of control, I am not a expert, but something tells me that should NOT be happening. What is a single lady to do? It's 6:30 pm on a Tuesday; where do I start, who do I call...if I ignore it will it go away? (ha ha) Funny enough I remember that I had picked up a business card for a plumbing company somewhere over the weekend, so now I go into full search mode to find it! Score, I didn't toss it in the garbage...so I call the # thinking I will get some answering machine after hours, but nope Miguel answered and even better after the job he was on he could come by and look at my issue. Later that evening Chris and Miguel came by and figured out that it was my main waterline busted!!!!! $$$$$$ Seeing my despair they were very compassionate and understanding. We went over pricing and they totally worked with my budget while still fully taking care of my needs. They were not going to be able to start work until Thursday morning and because my bill was now over $1000 for the month I had to keep my water off, they were so awesome and left me a tool to easily turn it on an off for showers until they could fix it. On Thursday they arrived bright and early, they got the job done quickly and efficiently. They went above and beyond when they helped me to replace a small patch of concrete that had been drilled out for the repair. They had a customer for life after that day......which with my luck was only less than a week later on the following Wednesday. While getting in the car to leave town for 2 days, I notice water spewing from the side of my house. I immediately call Miguel and he walks me through how to shut off water to the irrigation system. He then tells me not to worry about a thing, to just leave for my trip and he would be by later than afternoon. He text me when they arrived and within an hour all was fixed and with one short phone call payment was made as well. I surely hope that I do not need these brothers again anytime soon, but if I do I know I am in good hands. Oh and I might suggest watching them work here and there...you will get a comedy show with these two jokesters! So cheerful and full of laughs...I may just become a plumber's apprentice and we can take this show to the tube.
