One of, if not the worst customer service I've ever had. To start with we went here for the same day delivery they offer. We had just moved and needed beds to sleep on that night. We had made other arrangements but they didn't work out. Anyway we spent 8k and had our order in on time for delivery. The first issue was they delivered the wrong rails for our king size bed and they didn't deliver the back board for my 5yr old daughter. This meant we were on the ground all except my son. Also delivery didn't arrive until 12pm. The next day they informed me my rails would be out to me in a week coming from California and the same with my daughter's head board. So the whole point of dropping that much money went out the window for the intended purpose. The rails came a week later but no head board. After another week waiting and my daughter sleeping on a mattress on the floor I finally canceled my order and went back in after finding out what was in stock and got her a bed. No apologizes no discount nothing to mage the situation better. It didn't end there though. 4 months later, my 3k king bed frame broke. After dealing and waiting a week for replacement parts they showed up and only replaced half the broken parts. So at this point I went back into the store with more pictures and explained to then what didn't get fixed. I spoke to Austin at the Glendale location who assured me that cooking in was better than online. He set up a tech to come out that week. The tech never showed after I took off work for the day. I emailed him with the pics to his personal email and explained the tech didn't show. No call back and still no tech. This has been a nightmare not to mention the bed is not hard floor friendly and no one suggested a rug or pointed out there might be a issue later. So my saga goes on, good luck and better check stock if you purchase from this chain.
