  • Worst reward program. I had 33,000 points taken away from me without warning. When I called they said they wouldn't give them back to me because I hadn't stayed with them in 18 months. I have spent thousands of dollars with them and will never stay with them again, they refused to give me anything not even 10,000 points back even after speaking to a "manager." I sent multiple emails regarding my points for over month with no response ! What kind of customer service is this !? I was their highest ranking level of reward member! It was also hard to redeem the points for a free stay. The dates I requested would not be available once I chose to use my reward points.
