  • I moved from California last fall where I had the BEST cleaning lady for the last 3 years. I almost cried leaving her because it is so hard to find a good cleaning staff. The firs company I tried here in Henderson did not work out for me. So I called Alma at MM. She sent Nily and Irma. We had them both twice since and we couldn't be happier. They work while we are at home (both my husband and I have offices at home) so they start with our offices so we can go back to work. They both work very hard and clean corners, baseboards, wood shutters. The dusting is perfect, so is the stove, the bathrooms and the floors are amazing after they clean them! If I see something and ask, they do it right away. A word of advise to people out there hiring staff; BE KIND and PERSONAL with the staff and you will be rewarded a thousand folds. I used to clean houses with my mom when I was a young girl and trust me it is easier to do a good job for a nice lady than for a haughty one! We always treat people that work at our home with a lot of respect and attention. We call them by name on their first visit, offer them water and a break when we feel they need it. They always decline but they appreciate the gesture. We turn the AC way down when it's hot because they work so hard. Cleaning houses is a tough job for little money... without the customers' appreciation there is very little incentive...so show your appreciation. Thank you Nily and Irma for cleaning our home and for treating it like it is yours. We appreciate your hard work.
