  • In the course of DIY pluming fixes at home on a Sunday I had a 12 year old shower handle cartridge snap in half inside of the pipes. That made calling a good plumber a necessity to fix. I called and found Pure Plumbing and from the start my impression was an outstanding one. I spoke with Kylie on the phone and her cheerful, can do attitude was impressive. She kept me informed via phone and email of the status of plumbing support, along with a running series of work estimates by email, that was outstanding. This company continued to impress with text and phone updates on arrival status of the plumbing team. Once on site, David and Michael were courteous, prompt, and fair. After the work went quicker than anticipated they lowered the estimate cost and the work was done in less than an hour. The follow up note we received in the mail a week later was courteous and cheerful and was not something we expected which further cemented how professional and customer oriented Pure Plumbing is. The Starbucks card was a nice touch. Pure Plumbing will always be my first call if anything happens in the future and I highly recommend them!
