  • (Headphone piece broken in aux port iPhone 6s+) I went in around 10 o'clock and Chris looked at my phone and seen the damage and told me he could order the part and fix it for me the following day. I was so excited apple "tried" to remove the item but couldn't and flat out lied when I asked about detaching the bottom piece. They told me the phone was a solid piece of metal. Lies Lies Lies. Att refused to even hold my phone to look at it. I went in the following day ( 3 months ago) and sure enough my part was there he asked me to give him h1:15 minutes so I went to grab a bite to eat, great location is walking distance from a lot of good grub! But back to the amazing service I received: after my lunch I went back a little early but just waited for about 5 minutes and in the exact time he said the phone was finished. I got a good honest deal,Chris replaced the bottom piece of my iPhone out and more importantly he fixed my phone instead of trying to sell me a blue tooth head set for since I didn't wanna buy another phone
