  • I have been to Bronze Boutique on several occasions, each time hoping for an improved experience...to no avail. The environment is extremely unprofessional. The receptionists seem to have little to no experience booking appointments accurately, as I've been passed around to different nail techs mid-appointment, or simply made to wait for 30+ minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time. Even the owner, Tyler, seems to place little value on customer service. On one occasion I was completely ignored as Tyler and an employee planned their next television appearance on the local morning show. I had no idea paying customers have become such a nuisance. On each visit the employees have distastefully gossiped about coworkers and management. Every employee is more consumed with their own cell phones rather than the service they're providing. The decor would be more appealing if it appeared that anyone cleaned on a regular basis. Based on the mani/pedi area I can only imagine how clean the tanning beds truly are. It's too bad, given the great location, Bronze Boutique cannot seem to get their act together. The new business "grace period" ended awhile back and there is no excuse for the continued poor business practices. I could not in good conscience refer anyone to Bronze Boutique.
