  • I'm highly disappointed with this salon. I was excited to see a new nail salon in the area but gave this place three chances before striking them out. The first time I had Ivy do my nails. The reason for the two stars is solely for her. She did an amazing job. Introduced me to a new type of manicure that lasted for 5 weeks. The only negative was I wanted an hour after my scheduled appt. before I was sat. Thankfully I wasn't in a rush that day. The second appt. I had was a pedicure with a different lady. She made inappropriate comments about how short my toenails were because I had broken one which caused other guests to peer over. And the third strike was a manicure I had. But not with Ivy because she wasn't in. So I tried to have another lady replicate what Ivy had done but she was not able to. My dip gel manicure peeled right off 4 days later. I'm also convinced that this salon already raised their prices than what they had day one to keep up with the higher prices that are in the southern highlands neighborhood. Oh also they have a sign out front that said 20% odd and I was able to get it on my first two appts. But not the third. Even though the sign was still out front- the tech said the promo ended. Poor communication. Poor service. And poor quality. This salon is new in town but hopefully they will get it together soon
