  • Stopped in yesterday with my mom's car to run diagnostic scan "check engine light" on. Christopher was helpful as we discussed the common reasons why the code P0440 Evap. system was reported - usually a simple fix gas cap leaks or is loose. Had no problem printing out the report so that we could take it back to Van Chevrolet. One week earlier Van Chevrolet had done $680 worth of work which failed to fix this simple problem. They also coded P0440 on invoice but would not produce a printed diagnostic report for all the other unnecessary work they did!
