  • TERRIBLE JOB! The nail tech guy named Johnny did not know how to take direction on the type of nails I wanted. He also didn't know how to apply on accent nails or do designs. If he didn't know how to do it, he should have just told me so that we didn't have to add the designs. He left my nail polish blotchy and smudged all around the edges. I asked TWICE to go back and do another layer over to even out the coat and he told me it'll even out when he puts the top coat on. I've been doing my nails for years now so I KNOW that it wasn't going to even out with the top coat. You can see in the photos that the nail polish was all messed up. He didn't bother to clean it up and STILL let me walk out of there. I told him I was unhappy and did not like it and they STILL charged me $50 dollars for it. If anything they should have given it to me for free. NEVER going back here again. I have encountered 3 different nail techs here and each time it just got worse and worse. They don't take direction well and they rush doing the process. He was also very rough with my hands, not at all relaxing. Will not be coming back here.
