  • Diane is a horrible store manager! Always has an attitude, never smiles, seems as if she hates being at work, I cannot believe she has a manager position! What a bitch! The way she treats her staff is unbelievable! I witnessed her yelling at her employee in front of guests in the lobby yesterday when I came in for an ice blended , Very Unprofessional! I will never come back to this location after seeing how a manager treats her staff, and the disgusting attitude she ALWAYS has! I will say my service was great...... Only because Daniel was very helpful and kind. Daniel has great customer service skills. I will be contacting corporate about the situation!!
