  • I'm not sure why there are so many complaints, I am on my second lease and really enjoy it here. The common areas are well kept, maintenance is very fast and efficient, and the management is very professional, courteous, and go out of their way to make sure their tenants are well taken care of. I searched all over for a place in downtown Phoenix with a view and this place came out in front. The prices are very reasonable and the views are spectacular! If I wanted somewhere cheaper with no view there are many other places. Another one of the benefits I like that I couldn't find anywhere else is the parking. I have always been paranoid living in apartments that something will happen to my car. Here you can actually park in the secure garage on your floor you live on and have a very little walk to your car. I'm not sure of another place that has this option.
