  • Five stars, at least. More like 500 stars! Francesco and Giovanni Nguyen of G&F Customs are magnificent. Beautiful work. On time (they even called when they were ten minutes late.) On price. Splendid craftsmanship. Considerate. Respond to calls and emails rapidly. Excellent. Yes, we would recommend them again and will hire them again. Our story: When we suddenly had to remove the custom cedar decking on our condo balcony, we thought it was time to have it resanded and watersealed--but we needed it right away because of building time constraints. I looked around online and got an estimate from an odd job company that was more than we paid for the decking in the first place. Another person said he'd have to come over and look--a week away. Then I found F and G. I sent photos, spoke to Francesco on the phone, and he sent an estimate at one third of the cost of the odd job company. Yes! Francesco and Giovanni Nyugen came just when they said they would, took the decking to their shop, sent pictures of their progress, and redelivered the most gorgeous resanding and watersealed splendid decking (better than the original!) on time to our small balcony AND re-installed it. (It wasn't easy.) Friendly and super competent. We couldn't have asked for more.
