  • When we found ourselves looking to purchase our first home in Las Vegas, we were a bit overwhelmed to say the least, not to mention fearful because of the many real estate horror stories, bidding wars, unscrupulous builders, and properties selling for way above asking price. How could we successfully navigate our way through this perilous market as inexperienced first-time homebuyers? We definitely could not have done this without Chris Patrick. He really took care of us during the search, negotiation, closing, and even after closing still provides us with invaluable knowledge and resources he has personally cultivated throughout his career. We were able to buy an awesome home in our price range and even in the neighborhood we had hoped to settle in! We plan on being in this home for many years to come but if and when it is time to move again, Chris will definitely be the first person we call!
