  • Looks like the service from United is already deteriorating at a rapid clip prior to their abandonment of most of their service in Cleveland. I commute every week and they have made me late at least 5 hours each of the last two weeks. Coming home last Thursday they stuck me in Houston due to a late flight out of Lafayette, Louisiana. They gave me a hotel voucher to a hotel that has had several shootings, they also gave me a $7 food voucher. I am a 1K member and they still treat me like crap. I only have about 15K miles to go to get my million miles and then I will switch and take my 100K miles per year elsewhere. Ever since the merger of United and Continental the service has continued to deteriorate. They must be trying to emulate US Air.
