Terrible customer service- Thank you Vanessa. I waited for ten minutes to exchange/return an item as the only person on the return/exchange line. While 3 registers kept saying "Next customer" I finally said to Vanessa who was just ignoring me and putting away hangers in the exchange return counter "hey I've been waiting here a while now can you help me?" She said let me just help this next customer. I asked why didn't you help me earlier. She said the other registers could have helped you. Really? I said they didn't call me over. They just kept calling for the next purchasing customers from their line. There's two lines one for new purchases one for exchanges/returns. I think she's full of shit. Did not apologize or take responsibility. She sucks and should be replaced with someone with decent customer service skills.
