  • **As an update I'm adding photos from the "leak investigation" in one of the common areas by the gym. It's such a hazard they had to put up caution tape, yet it's been like this for 6+ months? They have not made ANY movement on it. Terrible. They really deserve zero stars. This company doesn't know up from down. There are water leaks all over my building. I swear I've never lived in a building with this many leaks. Or maybe I have, but those management companies fix it and move on. Not this company! One leak by the gym has been a mess for MONTHS. They have tape and plastic up all over saying they're investigating a leak. There was another leak near the lobby recently and the ceiling is still a mess. And oh god, hope you never get a leak in your actual condo because we do and it's a nightmare. They've been investigating for three weeks and still haven't fixed it. It's apparently leaking down into the unit below us so that must be fun for that person. And then they entered our condo while we were on vacation and turned the water off. They never told us they turned it off so we got home late at night to no running water. Lovely! Of course I talked to the management office and they have no clue who turned the water off. I cannot believe condo owners here continue to let this awful company "manage" the building. I would never buy here or any condo that First Service manages. Should be called Dead Last Services.
