  • Bacon? Smoked whiskey? Sold. If you're going to dine at Industry, you cannot *not* get the smoke stack whiskey. You choose the bourbon/whiskey and drizzle it with a bit of maple syrup. You choose fun flavors what to infuse it with, and they torch some wood lightly over it to give it a nice smokiness. Pair that smoked whiskey with candied bacon and you've got yourself a deal.
