| - First things first, good prices and they offer a student discount. That was enough to get me in here.
However, my nails honestly turned out pretty bad. I got a full set of acrylics. The shape was not at all what I showed the guy, and the color was completely wrong. Granted, on my part I should have mentioned how unhappy I was, but I honestly was not in the mood to argue with the guy who was doing my nails.
Speaking of the service, the guy who was doing my nails, I think his name was John, had earphones in and didn't speak a word except, "Is it good?"
He painted them with regular polish, and then proceeded to put them under a UV light. If you know anything about nail salons or just nails in general, only shellac and gel nails go under a UV light. The light has no effect on regular polish. So even after 30 minutes of just sitting there, my polish was still not dry and smudged A LOT! He even took my hand and checked it and nodded, then walked away. I was shocked honestly how little this guy knew about nails.
I am going to have to reshape them and repaint them.
